Applicants must be a student. All applications except international students must have a qualified guarantor. Applications for both student and guarantor must be completed. Each applicant is required to pay an application fee of $50 per student and $50 per guarantor.

Please review the rental criteria prior to completing this application.

Once your application is completed and application fee is paid, you will be contacted by Walden Station staff to go over the next steps.

The standard non-refundable application fee is $50.00 per prospective resident. Roommates and guarantors are required to complete separate applications and pay the associated fees.

Applications will not be processed until fee is paid.
